Deploy with fewer dependencies
Use a physical or virtual appliance on your existing network. The agentless LAN approach avoids a new switch 802.1X authentication rollout and the related endpoint authentication profiles.
Give your small IT team more control, with fewer deployment tasks and less repetitive administration. EasyNAC uses your existing network and supported security tools, from one office to a larger organization.
For lean IT teams in organizations of any size.
Bring the work together.
EasyNAC
Physical appliance or virtual machine
One office, branches or multiple regions.
Choose the components your network needs.
Your team already handles users, devices, applications and support. A small team can be responsible for a substantial network. Adding network access control should give you better control without creating unnecessary rollout work.
Can a small IT team manage network access control? Yes. EasyNAC can reduce the work by avoiding a new switch 802.1X rollout for its agentless LAN approach, recognizing eligible managed devices through supported integrations, and bringing visibility and access-policy enforcement together. Start with a representative pilot to confirm the administration your network needs.
Use a physical or virtual appliance on your existing network. The agentless LAN approach avoids a new switch 802.1X authentication rollout and the related endpoint authentication profiles.
Bring supported AD, XDR and management information into access decisions. The default Auto Trust checks already include AD-joined and XDR-managed devices.
Recognize eligible managed devices through supported integrations. Keep explicit approval and restricted-access rules for guests, printers and other exceptions.
Built-in deception and configured threat-response workflows add ways to detect suspicious activity and apply access restrictions. Your policy determines the response.

New employees, printers, security alerts and additional sites. Reuse trusted information and give your team a clear process for each situation.
A new employee connects
Use supported AD or XDR management evidence and the default Auto Trust checks to help authorize eligible laptops. This agentless approach avoids adding a new 802.1X profile just for NAC.

Discover the device, confirm what it is, and apply the intended approved access. A printer-like profile alone should not automatically grant corporate access.

Use supported health checks and configured security-alert workflows to help restrict an affected device. Repair the underlying issue and validate recovery against your access policy.
Watch threat response →A branch needs protection
Add an Enforcer Sensor on a supported host where suitable. It extends discovery and enforcement on its local network under the direction of an EasyNAC appliance.
Explore Enforcer Sensors →Add security beyond device admission. EasyNAC’s built-in deception can detect interactions with configured decoys. Supported security-alert workflows can trigger device restrictions, helping your team respond after a device has joined the network.
EasyNAC supports small and large IT teams. The benefit here is lower administrative effort. Choose the deployment that fits your sites, capacity and operational requirements.
Bring discovery, supported security checks and access policies together for the networks it covers.
Add Enforcer Sensors on suitable supported hosts to extend local discovery and enforcement under an appliance.
Use optional CVM to coordinate settings, reporting and administration across multiple appliances.
CVM is not required for a standalone appliance. Validate subnet coverage, connectivity, supported integrations and model capacity before expanding.

Appliances, Enforcer Sensors and optional Central Visibility Manager provide different roles as the network grows.
No. EasyNAC’s agentless LAN approach can enforce network access policies without introducing switch 802.1X authentication. Start with an appliance or virtual machine, confirm protected network coverage, connect supported identity and security integrations, and validate the intended access rules.
Default Auto Trust includes AD joined machine and XDR managed machine checks. With the relevant supported integrations connected, EasyNAC can authorize eligible devices that meet the selected trust criteria. Printers, guests and other exceptions need their intended approval and access rules.
EasyNAC can discover devices without a dedicated NAC agent and use information from supported integrations. Your endpoint-security or management platform may already use an agent. Some deeper local checks or remediation tasks use the optional EasyNAC endpoint agent.
Yes. Enforcer Sensors extend an EasyNAC appliance’s discovery and enforcement to suitable remote networks. For deployments with multiple appliances, optional CVM coordinates settings, reporting and administration. Plan coverage, connectivity and capacity for the sites you need to protect.
CVM is not required for a standalone appliance deployment. Start with the components needed for your pilot and add remote coverage or central coordination when your network requires it.
Tell us about your team, devices, locations and existing security tools. We’ll help you plan a pilot around the access decisions and daily tasks that matter to you.
