InfoExpress, Inc. owns and manages easynac.com and related websites ("Sites"). We do not provide user accounts or website registration.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact Forms
When visitors submit forms on the site, we collect the data provided by the user, such as name, telephone number and email address. InfoExpress may also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Additionally, InfoExpress may collect information about your interactions and experiences on InfoExpress sites, such as the pages you visit, content you view and frequency you come to InfoExpress Sites.
AI-powered chatbot (EasyAssist)
EasyAssist uses artificial intelligence to respond to questions about EasyNAC. When you use the chatbot, your messages are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate replies. We store chatbot conversations in our own database. Any personal information you include in your messages may therefore be processed by both InfoExpress and OpenAI. Please do not include passwords, confidential network information or sensitive personal information.
OpenAI processes API data under its API data controls. Its retention depends on the API features and account settings used. See OpenAI’s API data controls for details.
Cookies
EasyNAC uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for site functions, form security and remembering your privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking loads only when you enable Analytics & advertising. The Gartner Peer Insights widget loads only when you enable Embedded customer reviews; Gartner may receive information about your visit and use cookies. You can accept all optional services, reject them, or choose your preferences in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in a first-party cookie (easynac_consent_v1) for 180 days in this browser, after which we ask again. Cookies may last for a browsing session or longer, depending on their purpose. You can also control cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, this may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Sites or products and services.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How do we use personal data?

There are different ways you can prevent tracking of your online activity, including but not limited to setting a preference in your browser that can alert websites you visit to not collect information about you (‘Do-Not-Track’)

How long we retain your data
If you submit a form, the content and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up responses that you request.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your contact information
We use your Contact Information to contact you about our Products and Services, provide demonstrations, provide support to your request, and help in our direct marketing efforts. Specifically, if you provide your email address, we may use it to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

What data breach procedures we have in place
We host the site with a provider who performs regular security updates and monitoring, and expedited security updates as required. Our site administrators promptly address issues when reported or detected.
